Carin with Emily

Overview

I love creating children’s products, and worked for leading producers & brands like Mindscape, Morgenstudios, Tivola, Ravensburger & Harper Collins.

Expertise:

  • Ideation of new key elements for gaming, education, and navigation
  • Icon and graphic design; animation; asset creation (image, sound & video)
  • XML-driven OOP programming (of embedded or autonomous products)

Achievements:

  • My Montessori game (Skribi) was Gold Award winner in the Nursery World equipment awards, and sells so well (for over 18 years), that a second worldwide success (Scribble Maze) was derived from it in 2015.
  • My artistic direction, and visual & functional enhancements of educational series Graines de Génie resulted in major international sale improvements (from 120 000 to 150 000 copies – up by 25 %).
